Permaquip

Based near Mansfield, Northamptonshire, Permaquip manufactures and supplies the rail industry with rail side tools and equipment for the maintenance and construction of the mainline rail network. The role here was to oversee the development of a new website which integrated suppliers and customers with products and inventory, as well as became a showroom window for the global expansion of the business.

George P Johnson

GPJ is one of the world’s largest marketing agencies, so stepping into a senior management role for the EMEA in Event and Partner Marketing meant all eyes are focused in one direction!  The project here involved managing the sponsorship sales and partnership EMEA global accounts, developing brand relationships with the likes of IBM, Blackberry, Salesforce, Electronic Arts, BT and Cisco. The sponsorship sales strategy we developed for the senior management team during that time, is still used for Europe and the USA team for their global operation and is still being used today!

Clickon-IT London

Clickon-IT London, located in Surrey, are a progressive, predominant IT services based company supplying hardware, software and IT support to schools, colleges and SME Businesses. The task here was to assess team performance, look at operational dynamics and then offer a strategic plan to optimise the integration of new systems and team members as the company expanded through organic growth as well as possible acquisitions.

Dods Plc

Initially brought in to launch the first ever event for the UK Government Civil Service, it quickly became evident that the scope of works required was much greater. Consequently the project became refocusing the sales and marketing team, developing the CRM system and created a steering and focus group in order to ensure a successful outcome of the original brief..!

This led to a secondment role as Group Commercial Director developing a portfolio of events, research, international partnerships and a award event at Buckingham Palace in attendance by the Queen and Prime Minister.

RedStone

Redstone's commercial property business was in need of a fresh approach to market, primarily the refurbishment end of the business. A focused assessment here led to a new team structure with an overhaul of the supply chain, so creating efficiencies through streamlining, as well as bringing in new fresh talent to liven up the marketing offering. The establishment of this team with greater systemising of the operation for the Executive team, increased profitability and lowered overall time spent on management.

NEDonBoard is now the UK leading membership organisation for Non-Executive Directors. Prior to this recognition, we were tasked by the MD to develop a strategy to increase brand awareness, growth of the membership and commercial sales...it soon became evident that the strategy would be responsible for the successful or failure of the P&L.

After organising key hires of team members and refocusing both the sales and internal team along with their training programs, membership increased along turnover and brand identity, plus global partnership programs.

SFS Group

Has been a specialist insurance provider for the education sector for over 30 years. Prior to the acquisition of the company by Endsleigh Group, SFS tasked us with an IT, digital media and marketing audit, with the aim of systemising the subscriptions process and developing the platform of products to a wider audience in preparation for the company sale. This not only promoted greater interest in the business services but also the number of potential corporate buyers. A true win-win.
