That way we can be where we need to be, when we need to be there, without wasting time or money on things that don't add value to the business and its performance.
Rob Slinger

Rob (52) qualified as an Aeronautical Engineer from the University of Hertfordshire, but has spent all his professional life in the SME arena, setting up and running a number of companies from the age of 24 across Manufacturing, IT and the Wellness industries with clients ranging from local high street retailers, through to Johnson & Johnson, Hertz and Panasonic.
For the last 7 years he's operated as an independent consultant, assisting companies with Communication & Brand Development, Business Strategy, Sales & Marketing and Team Optimisation in organisations with between 10 & 120 staff and sales of between £1.5 - £17m pa. Now with this added experience, he's back in the driving seat once again, building a portfolio of complimentary companies that staff can be proud to be a part of and which stand out in the market place for their ethics and performance.
Godwin Joseph

Godwin (55) started his working career in publishing before rapidly moving onto global events and conferences, quickly establishing himself as a key player in business-to-business Sales & Marketing Strategies, through the planning and implementation of sales, partnership development, sponsorship and corporate events.
He's worked not only in the UK, but extensively across Europe, the USA and EMEA with companies such as GPJ, the Cabinet Office, FreemanXP, NEDonBoard and the Daily Mail Group being tasked with improving growth, whilst at the same time reducing running costs, sometimes through mergers and acquisitions.
For the last 5 years he's been a freelance consultant and contracted MD for Global Business Development, mainly in the Media, IT/ Telecommunications and Business Services sector.
Engineous is also supported by a superb team of Legal, Accountancy and IT professionals to assess and complete any transaction quickly and painlessly. They enable us to achieve swift
and effective change within a business once the acquisitions complete. This ensures continuity of business performance as well as ongoing success.
